News10th November 2011 MTB NZ talent camp 3-7th DecemberLooking forward to meeting the cream of the XC crop in December at the MTBNZ XC talent camp in Christchurch. Topics covered will include Skills with Cam Cole and Amy Laird, video analysis, Performance testing explained and creating a needs analysis, quantifying training loads and training issues specific to female athletes. Should be a good few days 10th November 2011 The XC trail is now complete linking the lookout to the conservation loop track. We should have some exciting racing on that trail with a mix of technical descending and hard steep climbs
